Flow+Glow was born from a deeply personal mission. Our founder, Kathy Koenigsknecht, has been passionate about women's health and intimacy since 2009. As an intimacy coach, she has helped countless women embrace their bodies, understand their needs, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and their partners.
